Fish oil could endanger Excessive Body

Fish oil has many benefits for children and adults. Fish oil provides good protection for health. But if eating too much fish oil actually harm the body.
Fish oil from oily fish tissue, and contain omega-3 fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and vitamin A.
With the abundance of nutrients contained in fish oil, can certainly help maintain a healthy body and give good protection. But good does not mean much, because eating too much fish oil can actually harm the body.
Fish oil content of the excess will not function in the body. It can actually cause various adverse effects on health.
As reported from Buzzle, Monday (07/06/2010), the following adverse effects caused due to excess fish oil:
1. Internal Bleeding
Excessive doses of fish oil can cause internal bleeding. The bleeding can be a bruise, which indicates a leakage of blood under the skin. The bruised area may also swell due to accumulation of blood under the skin.
Other signs that indicate leakage of blood in the body is the change in stool color.Stools are usually brownish yellow, will turn black.
These are symptoms of gastrointestinal bleeding, which means the location of 'leaky blood' is the intestine. When the color changes to black stools, this indicates the presence of blood in the stool. Sometimes, a little blood is seen when the patient sits.Blood in vomit also indicate bleeding in the body.
2. Allergic reactions
Too much fish oil DAPT also trigger allergic reactions in the body. Allergic reactions are considered as an immune system response to harmful substances. So understood, fish oil is considered good for health, be dangerous if overdosed.
Allergic reactions can be caused skin problems, such as hives (itchy red bumps pale) or a rash that does not go away unless the intake of fish oil was stopped.

3. Cerebral hemorrhage
Cerebral hemorrhage is the most serious side effects from overdoses of fish oil.Cerebral hemorrhage occurs when blood vessels are located in the brain rupture and cause local bleeding.
Bleeding in the brain can cause severe headaches. It can also result in impaired speech or vision, and performance of members of the body becomes weakened.
In some cases, consume large amounts of fish oil is continuously can cause massive brain hemorrhage, so it will be hard to go back to normal.
So bijaklah consuming fish oil!
